Hello, I’m Miguel Sanchez, a doctoral candidate, certified clinical trauma professional and your bilingual (English/Spanish) virtual therapist for all residents in Texas. My goal is to support young adults and adults in navigating life’s challenges, whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or anything else. I’m here to help you through it. My approach is trauma-informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) will be a foundation for our work, but I’ll adapt to the best of my abilities and incorporate other therapy models as needed to best meet your needs. We’ll work together to create a safe space focused on trust, growth, and healing. Life can be really challenging, but remember, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s embark on this journey together and face those challenges with strength and hope. I do offer a sliding fee scale option, but please know that these spots are limited.
